1. First contact

With knowledge of the housing market and surrounding locations, our work for you commences prior to your initial home market appraisal visit. Research of up-to-date sale prices of similar properties in the area, combined with what local amenities are available will be carried out. Boosting the online visibility of your property through portals featured listings on Rightmove and Zoopla, we also drive buyer-targeted activity through their websites. 

2. Arrange a market appraisal

Analysis of research aids us, once we have visited and taken a look around the property, to provide a realistic marketing or sales appraisal. Importantly, we understand the various motivations which drive the sales process and the consequent objectives of our clients. Trusting us with you home sale is the first part of the journey within which we will do our utmost to help you achieve those aims.

3. Select and appoint an estate agent

6. Negotiating and considering offers

On completion, the solicitors transfer funds for purchase and following permission, the keys will then be released for collection.
